Public Notice          Project Plans

 

The applicant proposes to widen FM 723 from a two-lane road to a four-lane divided facility, with shared use paths along both sides of the roadway.  The proposed roadway widening project would result in the permanent loss of 3.8 acres of jurisdictional wetlands and 0.03 acre of ephemeral stream.
