Comments made in reference to a public notice should include your name, address, phone number and the Department of the Army permit number referenced in the public notice (e.g. SWG-2015-00001).

Full Public Notice 

This revised public notice is to inform you of the proposed reissuance of Regional General Permit (RGP) 8 which allows the discharge of dredge and/or fill material into waters of the U.S. as well as other activities in navigable waters. This revised public notice involves the addition of the permit’s proposed applicability to Toledo Bend Reservoir that is within the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Galveston District’s Regulatory Division Area of Responsibility.
