Comments made in reference to a public notice should include your name, address, phone number and the Department of the Army permit number referenced in the public notice (e.g. SWG-2015-00001).

Full Public Notice    Project Plans    Wetland Functional Assessment

The applicant proposes to discharge fill material into 6.67 acres of wetlands and 56 linear feet of waters of the United States and excavate 0.38 acre of wetlands, associated with the construction of a multi-purpose development consisting of residential housing lots, access roads, storm water facilities, commercial tracts, park spaces, and future educational centers on a 2,592.27-acre tract.  A copy of the plans is included in 15 sheets.
