How to Send Comments on Regulatory Division Public Notices: Send comments to the Regulatory Division, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston District, P.O. Box 1229, Galveston, Texas 77553-1229 or by electronic mail to our Public Notice Comment Email. Comments made in reference to a public notice should include your name, address, phone number and the Department of the Army permit number referenced in the public notice (e.g. SWG-2015-00001).

Full Public Notice    408 Implementation Plan     Procedural Review Plan     Categorical Permission  

The Galveston District is soliciting comments from the public, Federal, State and local agencies, and officials, and other interested parties. Comments will be made part of the record, and they will be considered in the finalization of these plans.  

The purpose of the 408 Implementation Plan, Procedural Review Plan and the Categorical Permissions is to disseminate established standards and implemented preferential criteria required to expedite the effective review and approval of 408 submittals by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston District (SWG).
