Full Public Notice    Project Plans

The applicant proposes to discharge 46,000 cubic yards of compacted clay and aggregate into 3.7 acre of forested wetlands as part of a project to construct a 4.1-acre brine well pad at the Axiall Starks Salt Dome Facility.  The project area would be cleared of trees and final elevation of the well pad would be 4 feet above the existing grade.
