Comments made in reference to a public notice should include your name, address, phone number and the Department of the Army permit number referenced in the public notice (e.g. SWG-2015-00001).

Full Public Notice         Project Plans

Project Description.  The applicant proposes to construct a 4-foot wide by 14-foot long walkway, a 12-foot wide by 30-foot long deck above a 10-foot wide by 24-foot long boat slip, with an 8-foot wide by 16-foot long “L”-head pier with an 11-foot wide covered boat slip with a second 2-foot wide by 24-foot long walkway in Cow Bayou.  The total dimensions for the structure is 44-feet long by 28-feet wide.
