Public Notice Project Plans General Permit

In 2008, the Trinity River Authority (TRA) entered into a Cooperative Agreement with the Corps to administer a Programmatic General Permit (PGP) through their Lake Livingston Project office for projects that meet the permit conditions. PGP SWG-2007-00720 was last re-issued on October 17, 2018, and will expire December 31, 2022. SWG proposes to re-issue PGP SWG-2007-00720 to authorize structures and work limited to single-family and multi-family recreational piers, and associated structures limited to 2500 square feet on Lake Livingston, in San Jacinto, Polk, Walker, and Trinity Counties, Texas. Comment deadline is 22 December 2022.
