Full Public Notice     Project Plans

The applicant proposes to drill multiple carbon dioxide injection and secondary recovery oil and gas wells from 8 pad locations.  Well pads will be constructed in 3 phases.  Each construction phase includes a proposed road, refurbishment, and the installation of 12-foot elevated pipe racks above the marsh, alongside existing roads.  Phase 1 would result in the displacement of approximately 2 acres of tidally-influenced wetlands and 5.84 acres of open water.  Phase 2 would result in the displacement of approximately 2.2 acres of tidally-influenced wetlands and 1.89 acres of open water.  Phase 3 would result in the displacement of approximately 1.63 acres of wetlands and 0.29 acre of open water.
