Full Public Notice    

The purpose of this RGP is to expedite the evaluation of such operations subject to the limitations and conditions described in the attached copy of the RGP. This RGP authorizes applicants to install, operate and maintain structures and equipment necessary for oil and gas drilling, production and transportation activities, including installation of typical marine barges and keyways, shell and gravel pads, production structures with attendant facilities, and pipelines. A number of special conditions are being proposed as part of this RGP to limit the environmental and cultural impact of the proposed work.  Proposal that do not meet all of the requirements of the special conditions will require an individua1 permit application.
