    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Galveston District (SWG) is inviting all affected federal, state, and local agencies, affected Native American tribes, other interested parties, and the general public to review and comment on the Port of Corpus Christi Authority’s (PCCA) Channel Deepening Project Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) for Department of the Army Permit SWG-2019-00067.
  • Corps extends proposed Kingwood Development regulatory public comment period

    GALVESTON, Texas (January 17, 2019) – The Galveston District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, will extend the public comment period for the Romerica Investments, LLC Permit application, SWG-2016-00384, to March 1, 2019. Corps regulatory branch officials decided today to allow for 30 additional days for public comment. Before the extension announcement to March 1, 2019, the initial close of comment period was announced within a public notice dated January 29, 2019. The notice can viewed at:
