WASHINGTON - (March 4, 2014) - The President’s Budget for fiscal year 2015 (FY15) includes $4.561 billion in gross discretionary funding for the Civil Works program of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), which is offset in part by a proposal to cancel $28 million in unobligated carryover of funds previously appropriated.
